JCI Mem. Bennette Tamayo, the president of Kiao Jaycees delivered the welcome remarks, emphasizing the need to continue growing the membership of the Junior Chamber by encouraging young people to participate in the fulfillment of its "mission and vision."

JCI Mem. Emilyn R. Bayna, the president of the Peacock Jaycees, said in her closing remark that "membership in the Junior Chamber won’t be a regrettable decision as it will not only work on an individual’s personal development, but also teach her to be both a leader and a follower, and to be socially responsible for the sake of others."
Most of the recruits are nurses, Internet shop owners, health care givers, and bank employees.
